Loki Vares

In addition to being a licensed realtor, Loki Vares is the Executive Assistant to Donna Duryea. In this role, Loki brings a unique combination of skills and experience to The Duryea Team. She handles a variety of tasks including property research, client communications, and contract negotiations. Loki brings over 13 years of experience in the building industry and uses her knowledge in project management and interpersonal skills to provide valuable insights, advice and support to Donna and her clients. She works closely with Donna to ensure that every client has a smooth and stress-free experience.

Born on O'ahu and raised between Hawai’i Island and Maui, Loki’s mission is to not only help buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals but also to foster culturally acceptable practices for those considering relocating to Hawai’i. Her love for Hawaii and its people is evident in the way she conducts her business, always striving to create positive relationships with her clients.

Loki's family roots originate in Moloka'i and O'ahu. Her family relocated to Hawai'i Island in the late 70's where she spent her younger years playing on the beaches of Kalapana and in the exploring forests of Ola'a. She dedicates her free time to her family, which includes supporting her daughter's love of performing arts and her Hawaiian immersion education. Loki is also a native Hawaiian Hula practitioner under the tutelage of Kumu Hula, Kapuaokalani Ka'au'a of Halau Unuokeahi. She has trained at the Practice Center in Mindful Forgiveness and the Attitudinal Healing by Joyi Rhyss of the Practice Center and Dr. Fred Luskin, founder and director of the Stanford Forgiveness Project. She is also an artist, avid reader and aspiring yogi.
